A baby sweater: Pattern is Sweet Baby Sweater, a free pattern by Caroline Wiens. US3/3.25mm needles. Using Opal Neon (discontinued line) and Knit Picks Stroll in Buckskin.
Stripey socks: Gynx Yarns Power Sock in colorway Gynx’s Palette. Toe-up, Fish Lips Kiss heel, Jeny’s Surprisingly Stretchy Bind Off. US 1 (2.25 mm) needles.

The Knit Shift 
Cadbury chocolate from England is the best! I went to England for a week and half about 16 years ago and I remember being in London, waiting for the tube and buying bars of chocolate while waiting for the train. Now I want some!
Also, socalmeaghan is the best! I met her a month or two ago when she visited PDX 🙂 You’ve just convinced me to knit that shawl pattern of hers!
I’m loving your podcast so far! I always find the stories podcasters tell to be pretty interesting, even if they aren’t yarn related. I know you’ll get to the yarn talk sometime soon! Yay!
