Thanksgiving

I abandoned this mac and cheese recipe.

Here’s my mom’s recipe for Florence’s potatoes (aka cheesy potatoes):

Florence’s potatoes

1 bag of frozen hash brown potatoes (cubed), thawed for the most part

1 stick of butter, melted

1 onion, chopped

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 pint sour cream (I use light)

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl.  Put into a baking dish, and cover with foil.  Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour – stir half way thru cooking time.
